Prices
The prices listed are in Swiss Francs. The course fees are to be paid in advance. Any price adjustments are subject to change.
Liability
We disclaim any liability for accidents that occur during, before or after the lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
Helmets are mandatory for all courses.
Ski and Snowboard lessons
Lessons take place in all weather conditions, except when the mountain lifts are closed due to weather conditions. Daily updates on our course avaliability will be provided on our website starting from 8:30 am.
The course fee does not include the use of ski lifts and equipment.
If a group size decreases to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to merge groups or reduce the number of lesson hours.
Photos taken by instructors during lessons may be used for promotional purposes or social media posts. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the management in writing beforehand.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments in favor of the ski school will be processed by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland. TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please send an email to support(@)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and refunds.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Refunds for injuries or illnesses will only be granted with a medical certificate. Only unused days (difference amount) will be refunded if cancellation is made by 3:00 pm the day before the course starts.
A processing fee of CHF 10.- will be charged for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the course starts. For cancellations made up to 12 hour before the course starts, a processing fee of CHF 10.- and 50% oft he course fee will be charged. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the course starts, the full course fee will be chgarged.
Content of the Online Offer
The ski school (hereinafter referred to as "Author") assumes no responsability for the timeliness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Author, which refer to material or immaterial nature, caused by use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are fundamentally excluded, unless there is evidence of willful intent or gross negligence on the part oft he Author.
All offers are non-binding and without obligation. The Author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete or permanently discontinue parts oft he pages or the entire offer without seperate announcement.

The place of performance is the central location of the ski school. For disputes, the competent court at the registered office of the central branch of the ski school is responsible. Swiss law applies.
